Dr Beatriz Molina is a leading name in the UK aesthetic industry and travels around the world as an international speaker on dermal fillers and botulinum toxin.

Beatriz studied medicine in Malaga, Spain, becoming MD in Medicine and Surgery in 1993. Beatriz arrived in the UK in early 1994, where she started her surgical rotation in Frenchay Hospital, Bristol.

After five years of surgical rotation and after passing her FRSA 1 exam, Beatriz decided to move into General Practice in 1997 and worked as a part- time GP. It was during her career as a GP she started developing an interest in aesthetic medicine and founded Medikas Ltd in 2005. In early 2007, she formally opened her first aesthetic clinic. At this point, she went full time, and from thereon has dedicated her whole career to aesthetic medicine.

Medikas and Dr Molina has won several awards including Aesthetic Clinic of the Year, UK & Ireland 2018 and the “Practitioner of the Year” award in December 2017.

For the last ten years, Dr Molina has been a main Key Opinion Leader for a number of pharmaceutical companies including Johnson & Johnson, Merz and Galderma and is currently working with IBSA.

Dr Molina was Vice President of BCAM (British College of Aesthetic Medicine) and is a Fellow Member of the College.

Beatriz continues to strive for excellence in the industry and has turned her focus on her new venture of IAPCAM (International Association for Prevention of Complications in Aesthetic Medicine) of which she is the founder.

Dr Molina believes deeply in sharing knowledge between all practitioners of aesthetics medicine and therefore promoting a safer environment for all patients undergoing treatments wherever in the UK.
