I felt compelled to reach out to tell you that I was incredibly grateful to you and your team at ACE Group when I needed professional guidance at a stressful time last week when my client had a complication during her injectable treatment. Collaborating via Facetime from the United States, on a weekend no less, didn’t matter, you were there, giving insight, solutions and validation to my protocol. That was incredible especially when timing is everything to ensure the best possible outcome.
In an up and coming field, to have the option to use a support system with a team of people that have so much knowledge by experience and exposure, is invaluable and proved to be incredibly helpful when the moment happened. I truly felt supported.

I can't say enough, how good the ACE Group support is, especially Linda Mather, Sharon King and Dr Martyn King.
I hadn't heard of the group before until my supply medical company suggested it when I had a complication with a patient and reported it to them. They gave me a telephone number that I rang on Friday and I spoke to Linda Mather and she gave me the best impartial advice and support at a critical time
She then offered and actually gave the patient a telephone consultation by Facetime ....ON SATURDAY AT 8.30AM.
I was so thankful that it wasn't only me that got the support and advice, it was my patient as well.
Linda then texted me on Saturday night, to ask how I was and how is my patient and when I texted back saying that my patient has texted saying she is worried, she then said, she can arrange a Zoom consultation on A SUNDAY.
THEN ALL 3 EXPERTS, HAD A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION WITH MY PATIENT ON A SUNDAY.
You will hear and read about how good and how important the support you can get with ACE is but I have never heard or expected that much support.
I was also so grateful of the support the advise and the guidance that I have received so far and more grateful for the care my patient received.
I can not recommend joining ACE enough and I think it should be made compulsory and should be insisted on by the all regulatory bodies. It can only improve everyone's practice and improve patient care to have the guidance provided by ACE.
