I'm a member of ACE Group, how do I get access?

ACE Group have updated the website to provide additional features and benefits to its members as well as creating a new Facebook forum and Emergency Helpline. We will be continually adding more content, more educational modules (you do need to login to the website to see all of the members only courses) and more Patient Information Leaflets. We are also working in the background to update and produce new ACE Group guidelines on the management of complications.

 

Despite investing in a much more powerful website and database, unfortunately, we could not automatically transition all existing members. We are adding members all the time and if you have not received your new login details, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

 

If you wish to re-register with the new website in order to receive the ACE Group Membership Pack (including a presentation folder with your certificate, membership card, patient information leaflet and window decal), then we will refund any remaining months of your existing subscription.

I haven't received my certificate or membership pack?

All members of ACE Group World will receive a membership pack by post which includes an official ACE Group World certificate of membership, ACE Group window sticker, introductory letter, Patient Information Leaflet and membership card all in a presentation wallet.

 

We have taken on extra administrative staff to ensure that we can despatch membership packs in a timely manner, but please be patient as demand is very high!

 

If you have not received your membership pack within 28 days, please contact us!

How do I access the Emergency Helpline?

ACE Group World have a new, easy to remember, Emergency Helpline number for our members.

 

ACE Group World members can access the Emergency Helpline number on our website once registered and it will be included on your membership card in your welcome pack.

 

When contacting the Emergency Helpline, please provide your membership number to your call handler.

 

If you have not yet registered with ACE Group World, the former ACE Group Ltd Emergency Helpline will still be answered for the interim period.

 

The former ACE Group Ltd number will cease to operate once the company is dissolved.

How do I access ACE Group World forum?

ACE Group World have created a new forum for its members which will have all the benefits and more of the former ACE Group Ltd forum.

 

Members of ACE Group World can find the details of the new forum on the member section of our website once registered and request to join.

 

You will be asked your Facebook profile name which you wish to use when you complete the registration process with ACE Group World as many of our members have different profile names than their professional names.

 

The former ACE Group Ltd forum will no longer be accepting new posts.
